- I’ve had 4 miscarriages in the past and several doctors I had would tell me to get a surrogate or just give up. However, Dr. Chauhan never gave up on me. He was there through all the ups and downs, and he was very supportive. When I started having weird symptoms that had nothing to do with pregnancy, he referred me to an excellent neurologist that was able to diagnose me with multiple sclerosis quickly. They were able to put me on treatments immediately which saved me a lot of time and pain. Thanks to Dr. Chauhan my multiple sclerosis is currently not active, and I am 26 weeks pregnant. - Dr. Chauhan and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I appreciate that he understands the financial and emotional toll that fertility treatments can have on us. When I was at the end of my rope, emotionally, he reassured me that if I would like to take a break from treatment, I could pick back up, right where we left off, whenever I was ready (even if that means taking a couple months or a couple of years off). Dr. Chauhan is not concerned only about making money. He wants you to be emotionally okay and ready. I was also thankful that we tried the least invasive and least expensive treatment options before moving on to other treatments. Dr. Chauhan also knows insurance companies. He knows that if I have X amount of unsuccessful exempts with a specific treatment, the insurance company could deem me infertile and refuse future coverage for other treatments. This, unfortunately, happened to a friend of mine. I'm so glad I chose Dr. Chauhan as my RE. He personalized my fertility treatment and a healthy pregnancy was the result!
- I am aware that I am a difficult patient. I needed to know what was going on every step of the way and wanted to be very involved in my healthcare. Dr. Chauhan and his staff accommodated me in that manner throughout every step. He seems to be very patient oriented and for the most part he gave me information, then allowed me to make educated decisions for my self. I did have a few issues with one of the ultrasound techs at the fannin location but absolutely everyone else that I came into contact with was amazing:)

We had several issues stopping us from being able to conceive naturally but that was nothing new for Dr. Chauhan. - Love love love him! He is wonderful! Very kind & caring. When he is in the room with you he makes you feel you are the only one that matters. I have never felt rushed or like I've asked to many questions. He will set there and takes as long as you need for him to answer your questions in a way you understand. I'm on my second pregnancy with him. His staff is wonderful. Love them too! I had IUIs. When the solution is put into the uterus you feel a temp change bc it's room temp & ur insides are not. I never felt that with nurse Debbie & I did not get pregnant with her IUIs. So I dont recommend Her for iui. But everything else is top notch! Always on top of their business. Can't rave enough about them.
- We wanted to start our family couple of years back and Dr.Chauhan was our first consulted doctor. In our first visit, he listens us very cool and calm and gave us a plan moving forward. He was so meticulous and treats us in very professional manner made us completely stress free. - Dr. Chauhan was referred to us by our ob/gyn who was also a fertility specialist as she gave up on us. We read a little about Dr. Chauhan and decided to go ahead with him. Of course initially we were concerned about a lot of things because our experience with ob/gyn earlier was not great. But surprisingly we felt positive immediately after our first visit with Dr. Chauhan. He does not blindly go by previous tests done on you. He starts from scratch. And that is how he figured out some issues with me that my previous ob/gyn failed to figure out in one year. A surgery was performed accordingly. He discusses things step by step. He tells you facts and does not raise your bars about positive results. He works with you to get there. I have read reviews of patients complaining that he doesnât talk much. But I say, how does it matter? As long as he is explaining the case rightly and when he is trying his best to get you results, the very reason you are there, after all he is not a counselor for patients like us who are probably low at this point. Plus if he is counseling patients at his office you can imagine the waiting time. Must appreciate the fact that I have never waited in his office for more than 5-10 min all through my journey with him. The staff too is pretty good. The patient portal is updated without fail and on time with your lab/ultrasound or any other tests you may have gone through and you can refer to them in minimal time after which you also get a call from his nurse about your results at which point you can even clarify any doubts you may have. You are informed appropriately of your next visit. We highly recommend Dr. Chauhan. He is a thorough professional, no beating around the bush with the results, ultimate outcome and plan of action yet not rude. Be it an ultrasound or discussing with you before a surgery he is calm and polite. I am 3 months pregnant currently. We are thankful to him and so happy he helped us conceive. Thank you Dr. Chauhan!
- We have been trying for a baby for last 4 years and when it was impossible to us getting pregnant naturally we decided to go for a IVF treatment. We googled for a doctor and we found Dr. Chauhan. - Dr. Chauhan helped me get pregnant with my baby. For this I am extremely grateful. However I found the nurses at his office were much more involved, invested and kind than he was personally. He did not spend a lot of time speaking with me and was not as warm as he could be. If you want a doctor who does have results but you don't need to feel comforted, by all means he is a great doctor. He achieved what we set out to do. However, I feel women with fertility issues need someone warm and understanding. Dr chauhan did not measure up in that sense. There was even one visit where he scared me and I left thinking I'd never succeed. I got pregnant with minimal intervention which was amazing, and I'd still recommend him to a friend. Just wish he was a bit warmer!

- I originally went to Dr Chauhan after my 2nd miscarriage. He ran so many tests I never knew existed...I chose to attemp a pregnancy again on my own and was successful but AGAIN it ended in loss.. My reg Ob refused to even check my progesterone, stating it was contriversal. So I went back to Dr Chauhan. He did a work up for me & my husband, ran more tests. We concieved again this time with Dr Chauhan's help. I am currently 8 weeks 3 days pregnant and today heard a wonderful heart beat of 160 bpm. He is the most wonderful, caring, & compassionate Dr, and to honest I hated to be released back to my OB. My only wish would be that I could've stayed with Dr Chahan farther into my pregnancy. I highly , highly recomend this Dr. He also takes his time when meeting with you. You defiinatly will not leave the office with any questions. And if you do....There is a nurse in the Sugarland office of Dr Chauhans, her name is Debra...WONDERFUL nurse!!!!

- Dr Chauhan is an excellent physician,I was lucky to be referred to him by my OB.He was very understanding ,patient and compassionate.He took time to answer all my questions,he never made me feel rushed.He was accessible ,always answered my mails,it gave me a lot of reassurance especially during my IVF cycle.He personally performed the egg retrieval and embryo transfer procedure and took smart decisions which were in my best interest like the number of embryos to be transferred.The staff at both the Fannin and Sugarland office were wonderful,especially Kathy,Debbie and Kris.I had a very positive experience with Dr Chauhan,the first IVF was successful.I can never thank him enough and would recommend him highly .
